TA1 is a machine for sealing plastic containers using screw caps.
A table top chain conveyor delivers containers to the sealing area, separated by a stop system.
The screw head can be adjusted in terms of torque (using a magnetic clutch) and speed.
Easily integrated with existing stations or new lines.
Can process containers ranging from 1 l to 20 l
The machine adheres to the most simplified design possible, to ensure high performance, easy format changes and low maintenance.
The TA1 capping machine is also available in an anti-explosive version (according to Directive 94/9/EC)
