AV2 is a machine for sealing plastic containers using screw caps.
A table top chain conveyor transports containers to a starwheel that spaces and prepares the caps for sealing.
The 2 screw heads can be adjusted in terms of torque (using a magnetic clutch) and speed.
Easily integrated with existing stations or new lines.
Can process containers ranging from 1 l to 10 l
The machine adheres to the most simplified design possible, to ensure high performance, easy format changes without any tools, and low maintenance.
The AV2 capping machine is also available in an anti-explosive version (according to Directive 94/9/EC)
