ACR – Filling and Capping Systems manufactures and installs stand-alone capping machines for screw caps. Depending on the customer's needs, these machines can be equipped with automatic cap feeders and integrated into both our production lines and existing lines from other suppliers.
Their ease of use and extremely simple format changes ensure high levels of quality at relatively low costs.
The two types of capping machines differ in terms of production speed - the in-line capping machine can be used for up to 1100 pcs/h, while the rotary capping machine process up to 3000 pcs/h.
These machines are used in various fields, from the food industry to the petrochemical industry.
ACR offers both types of capping machines, which can be easily integrated into existing lines, rather new systems, able to process containers ranging from 1 to 20 litres. Both machines adhere to the most simplified design possible, to ensure high performance, easy format changes and low maintenance.
Both the in-line and rotary capping machines are also available in an anti-explosive version, in compliance with the provisions of Directive 94/9/EC.
