ACR - Filling and Capping Systems, based in Parma, are a company specialising in the design and production of SF12 and SF600/1200 type.

The SF12 denester was born from the need to increase the frequency of empty containers at the filling line intake, facilitating the work of the operator loading the stacks of containers into the machine.

In this configuration, the containers stacks are sent to the denesting station by two notched chain conveyors, driven by a gear motor.

The number of accumulated stacks can be increased on demand (min 3 accumulated stacks).
Option to process plastic and metal containers (from 5 to 20 kg).
The denester can be coupled with both 90° and in-line filling machines.
The machine adheres to the most simplified design possible, to ensure high performance, easy format changes and low maintenance.

The SF12 denester is also available in an anti-explosive version (according to Directive 94/9/EC).

SF600/1200 denester was born from the need to increase the buffer of empty containers at the filling line intake, facilitating the work of the operator loading the stacks of containers into the machine.

In this configuration, the containers stacks are sent to the denesting station by one or two roller conveyors.

The number of accumulated stacks is minimum 5 (10 for SF1200 on 2 roller conveyors).
Option to process plastic and metal containers (from 5 to 20 kg).
The denester can be coupled with both 90° and in-line filling machines.
The machine adheres to the most simplified design possible, to ensure high performance, easy format changes and low maintenance.

The SF600/1200 denester is also available in an anti-explosive version (according to Directive 94/9/EC).
