ACR - Filling and Capping Systems, based in Parma, designs and manufactures weigh filling machines, machines that can weigh a certain amount of material through a process based on the principles of repetition and automation. The available models include the DAP50 and the DAP60M.
The DAP50 is an automatic, highly flexible weigh filling machine, processing formats ranging from 5 to 30 kg (excluding metal containers with spout caps).
- Capping stations for screw or press caps can be connected to the machine.
- It can be coupled with the SF Denester.
- Possibility of an electronic motor for the progress management bar.
- There are two base versions depending on the machine workstations.
- Ready to be fitted with a container heat sealing station.
The machine adheres to the most simplified design possible, to ensure ease of use and reduced maintenance.
The DAP50 is also available in an anti-explosive version (according to Directive 94/9/EC)
